          Are you unsure how to reserve transportation from the airport to your hotel or from your hotel to the airport at the same time you reserve your accommodation?  You can do this easily by following a few quick and easy steps:

Step 1: When filling in the binding reservation form (on the last step for online reservations), please check the appropriate type of transportation which you would like and then click the „Book a service“ button.  The price of the trip will be automatically calculated into  your reservation price.

This service is optional – fill in the area only if you would like to reserve transportation.

Step 2: In the field marked „Special Requests,“ please write in the following information: the expected date and time of arrival or departure, the flight number, your destination country or the country your are arriving from, and the number of people to be transported.

Step 3: Fill in all the remaining required fields and choose your method of payment.

Step 4: If you agree with the General Terms and Conditions, fill in the box next to it.

Step 5: Click on the „Confirm booking“ button.

If you have chosen to pay by:

·          credit card, you will be subsequently redirected to a secure server.  After successfully completing the transaction, you will have the option to print a voucher and your invoice.  All the details regarding your transportation will be automatically recorded on your voucher.

·          deposit invoice, you have the option to print a reservation confirmation and your invoice. After payment has been completed, you will be sent your voucher including all your transportation details.

At the same time, please keep in mind that this offer of transportation is possible for a maximum of four people.  If you would like to reserve transportation for more people, do not hesitate to contact us (reservations@incoczech.com).
