Changes or cancellations are only possible in two ways:
1. ONLINE CANCELLATION
In the case that you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you can now take care of doing so with the help of this easy process.
During the last step of making reservations (the window where it is possible to print invoices and confirmation slips), you will find a „Cancel“ button. After clicking on this, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
At the same time, please be warned that this option is accessible only at this one time, provided that the cancellation charges mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions do not apply to this eventual cancellation. Consequently, in the case that your reservation generates cancellation charges, you will be notified that cancelling your reservation is possible only by telephone or email for the listed contacts.
2. OFFLINE CANCELLATION
This is possible by email or fax. If you want to change or cancel your reservation, please contact our team. If it is possible to make the change or cancellation, we will do it immediate. If it is not possible to make that change or cancellation or you do not receive the confirmation of the cancellation from our travel agency, the previous agreement is valid.
