What are the conditions of the cancellation?

          These conditions are an integral part of reservation via the web pages of the IncoCzech Travel Prague s.r.o. travel agency, registered address: Gregorova 2115, Prague 4, 148 00. Correspondence address: Gregorova 2115, Prague 4, 148 00. The customer hereby declares that all members of the group in question will accept these conditions.

 

          You hereby declare that you are over the age of 18 and that you are legally entitled to use the IncoCzech Travel Prague s.r.o. web pages. For this reason, you accept liability for all payments made in your name or using your credit card and you also declare that the information you have stated is true and accurate. All of your orders shall be regarded as the wish to purchase accommodation/travel services, which are the subject of these reservation conditions. IncoCzech Travel Prague s.r.o. shall not be contractually bound to you to ensure the services you have ordered at the offered price until your reservation is clearly confirmed and IncoCzech Travel Prague s.r.o. has received payment in full for services ordered.

 

 

 

          Payment conditions

 

          Payment will only be requested in full in the case of each reservation, payment of deposits or part of the amount in question is not possible. Payment may be made on-line via the IncoCzech Travel Prague s.r.o. web pages by means of all MasterCard and Visa credit cards with authorisation to make payments via the Internet. In terms of ensuring security for your finances, we use the approved 3D server PayMuzo System®. This system ensures that your credit card is not available to us or any Internet users apart from the secured server used to perform authorisation of payments.           Reservations are made by filling in the form on the IncoCzech Travel Prague s.r.o. web pages and sending this by pressing the CONFIRM RESERVATION button. Before you are redirected to the secure pages of the authorisation sever, your reservation will be saved in the reservation system and you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. In the meanwhile, payment by means of your credit/debit card will be authorised in the authorisation centre. If the payment is accepted, you will receive a second e-mail, which confirms this payment and will also provide you with a link where you can print out your accommodation voucher a well as the invoice. If you do not receive the second confirmation e-mail, please contact our reservation department at the following address: reservations (a) incoczech.com, tel: +420 267 912 033, fax: +420 267 912 039. Always state the reservation number when communicating with the reservation department.

 

         

          Another option for payment of your reservation is by advance invoice. Immediately after completion of your reservation, print out the invoice. This must then be paid within the next 72 hours. On arrival at the hotel in question, you can then prove your reservation by means of the voucher, which we will send you as soon as our company receives payment.

 

          All prices are stated in CZK, EUR, GBP and USD. Payment by credit card can only be made in CZK. All exchange rates are set quarterly by IncoCzech Travel Prague s.r.o. and are based on the exchanges rates of the CNB. Information about the CZK amount billed to your credit/debit card is always stated on the invoice. If you chose to pay by means of an invoice, please pay the invoice that has been drawn up in the currency of the specific reservation.

 

 

 

          Changes to reservations

 

          All changes to reservations (especially names, reservation dates, change to the hotel, type of room and similar) must be made via IncoCzech Travel Prague s.r.o. by sending an e-mail with the requested change to reservations (a) incoczech.com. If the change can be made, your change will be confirmed by return. If confirmation is not made, the original version of the reservation applies. A fee of CZK 400 will be charged for each change to a reservation.

 

 

 

          Cancellation conditions

 

From the date when reservation was issued until 48 hours before the arrival date (i.e. until 5.00 pm 2 days before the arrival date) ……

The day of arrival or non-arrival………………100% of the total reservation price

 

 

          (e.g. your reservation is for 15.-18.11. The cancellation fee of 10 % of the total reservation price is applicable to cancellation, which we receive before 5.00 pm on 12.11.2005. Cancellation after 5.00 on 12.11. and also on 13.11. or 14.11. will result in a cancellation fee at the level of 50 % of the total reservation price. Cancellation on 15.11. will result in a cancellation fee at the level of 100% of the total reservation price.

 

          All cancellation or changes to reservations must be made in writing by e-mail to the following address: reservations (a) incoczech.com or by fax to the following number: +420 267 912 039. Your cancellation or change to your reservation will be confirmed by e-mail as soon as possible. This confirmation will also include the level of the cancellation fee in the event of a cancelled reservation. After cancellation of a reservation, all money you have paid will be returned to the account of your credit/debit card minus the cancellation fee.

 

 

 

          Complaints and compensation

 

          If you have a complaint about the quality of the accommodation, please try to resolve this immediately on the spot with the reception or with hotel management and allow them to correct the situation. If the problem cannot be resolved on the spot and you would like to make a complaint with us, please write to us at the latest 15 days from the planned date of departure from the hotel. Your complaint will be investigate and any possible compensation will be proposed on the basis of the valid rules as set out in the pertinent legal regulations.

           Payments


If you  pay by credit card online or by advance invoice (details here), our drivers will be informed that the payment has been made so you only need to show them your confirmation slip. 

 

          Cancellation


If you would like to cancel your transportation, please send us an email (to reservations@incoczech.com
) or call us prior to your departure (at least 3 hours before arriving to Prague) at  00420 296 799 614. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your transportation less than 3 hours in advance, no refund is available (excluding flight cancellation by the airline.)

 

If your flight has been cancelled by the airline, please let us know so we can inform our driver. In this case, you will receive a full refund.

 

          I Can´t Find my Driver

 

What to do if your driver isn't waiting for you? In the unlikely circumstance that your driver isn't waiting for you, please call us at 00420 296 799 614. Public phones are located in the arrivals hall.

If we fail to pick you up at the arranged time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will compensate you for the inconvenience (subject to our conditions.) We are able to pay your claim only if you fulfill the following condition: you must contact us immediately if you cannot find your driver at the arranged time. We will not pay any compensation amounting to more than the cost of the journey booked to or from the airport.
